Kong Su - Tae Kwon Do - Karate

The movements practiced in Kong Su are primarily beneficial for external development. Practitioners develop a sense of balance, timing, coordination, power and speed.

Kong Su movements are linear in nature and consist of both offensive and defensive movements using the hands, feet, elbows and knees to punch, strike, kick or block.

Kong Su encompasses movements from Tae Kwon Do and Karate.
